Data we collect

Account details (name, email, optional company and phone), project briefs, quotes, milestones, messages and any files you upload as project references.

How data is stored

Structured records are stored in our managed Postgres database with row-level security so you can only access your own rows. Files, mockups, deliverables and avatars are stored in dedicated file storage; the database keeps only a path reference.

Payments

Card data is handled entirely by Stripe. We store only payment references and status, never card numbers.

AI processing

Project briefs are processed by AI models to generate preview scope, mockups and timelines. Briefs are not used to train third-party models.

Sharing

Relevant brief and scope details are shared with the specialist agency assigned to your build, under confidentiality terms. We do not sell personal data.

Retention and deletion

You can request deletion of your account and project data at any time through the support page. Financial records are retained where legally required.
