Refund Policy

Short version: if we fail to deliver what we promised, you get your money back.

Discovery credits

If we cannot produce a usable preview for your brief, the discovery credit is refunded in full. Once a preview has been delivered the credit is non-refundable, but it is credited against your build if you proceed within 60 days.

Milestone 1

Refundable in full if we have not started build work. Once development has begun, refunds are pro-rated against work completed and documented in your milestone tracker.

Milestone 2

Milestone 2 is only charged on delivery. If the delivered build does not meet the accepted scope, we fix it at no cost or refund Milestone 2 in full.

How to request

Open a request through the support page with your project name. Refund decisions are made within 5 business days and processed back to the original payment method by Stripe.

Please contact us before raising a chargeback — nearly every dispute is resolved faster directly.
