Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Aionex and any build we deliver for you.

1. The service

Aionex provides a managed build service. You submit a project brief, pay a discovery credit, receive an AI-generated preview, and may then accept a fixed-price quote for delivery by a vetted specialist agency coordinated by us.

2. Discovery credits

Discovery credits ($9–$39 depending on complexity) pay for preview generation. They are credited against the build price if you proceed with a quote within 60 days.

3. Quotes and milestones

Quotes are fixed-scope and fixed-price. Milestone 1 (50%) is due on quote acceptance and Milestone 2 (50%) on delivery. Work outside the accepted scope is quoted separately before it begins.

4. Intellectual property

On receipt of final payment, all deliverables, source code and associated accounts transfer to you. Aionex retains no licence over your product beyond anonymised portfolio references, which you may opt out of.

5. Client responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate briefs, timely feedback, content, and any third-party accounts required for launch. Delays in feedback may extend delivery timelines.

6. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Aionex never stores card details — only payment references required for reconciliation.

7. Liability

Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected project. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
